Am sure you had a colleague like him before. Mr. or Ms. Googly Eyes. It's a medical condition, I know, but how do you or the better question is, where do you look when you're talking to them?
Its hard to focus when your conversing with someone looking in two different directions at the same time. It's amazing really, but it's soooo confusing.
